This interactive workshop that will take place in Peggy’s Cove, the picturesque inlet beside the rugged granite coastline of Nova Scotia’s South Shore.  Enveloped by the ancient sea-splashed granite rocks that began 470 million years ago as mud and sand in a deep ocean basin near ancient Africa, participants will be introduced to meditation for realizing nonduality and oneness. The mystique of the Atlantic Ocean’s turbulent waters, and the coastal air and winds will enliven your senses as you learn about and practice Ashtanga meditation or 8 limbed meditation of Patanjali, the Father of meditation, and Mahavakyam Meditation, used in the Hindu philosophy of Vedanta.  Master Tulshi Sen will share Ancient Secrets to support individuals to maintain the power of concentration, to expand imaginative intelligence, and to develop intuition for self-reliance to create a vision for a better earth and a better world. This experiential workshop will provide a framework for meditation practice and identifying aspirations, setting and manifesting of goals utilizing 8 steps.
